Terms of Service

1. General Information

Welcome to the BarkinCraft Server Store ("the Store"). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("ToS"). The Store is operated by BarkinCraft ("the Server" or "we"). These ToS apply to all purchases made on the Store.

2. Purchases

All purchases made on the Store are final. Digital items, such as ranks, in-game items, or other virtual goods, are not eligible for refunds, unless required by law. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the authority to use the payment method provided.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases on the Store. By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. In-Game Items and Features

Items or ranks purchased on the Store are for use on the BarkinCraft server only. These items or ranks are not transferable to other servers or games. The Server reserves the right to modify or remove any in-game items or features at its discretion.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately.

6. Modifications to the ToS

The Server reserves the right to modify or update these ToS at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Store website. Continued use of the Store after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.

7. Conduct

You agree not to use the Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment, abuse, or harm towards other players or the Server team is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

The Server provides the Store on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Server makes no warranties regarding the Store's operation or the products sold. In no event shall the Server be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Store.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these ToS shall be resolved through binding arbitration, according to the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration service.
